The SNIP program keeps track of and generates reports on:

• Student information: name, date of birth, year level, referral date, comments

• Ascertainment dates, impairment type, level, review date, IEP date

• Appraisement date, program type, review date

• Assessment types (Guidance, Speech, ST:LD…) and associated dates and comments

• Intervention types (AVT, Support-a-Reader, peer tutor…), year and terms, and comments

• Communication: notes about phone calls or case conferences about a student

• In new SNIP 3.0, Support Plans can be developed for each appraised student using a bank of goals and strategies which can be individualised for each student

New SNIP 3.0 provides network capability, so you can access SNIP, enter data, and view and print reports from any or all computers within your school. Read-only access and password protection are available to ensure that only authorised users can use SNIP. 'test'
